Are licences per user?
123Insight core licences are based on client installation, not per user. The number of licences required is determined by two things: the number of client PC's you can install the 123Insight application on to, and the number of active connections you can have to your 123Insight datasets.
In a Terminal Services or Citrix environment (where 123Insight is run from a central location) you would only install 123Insight once, in which case the second rule would restrict the number of users who could run 123Insight at any one time.
On a single PC, a user may have multiple instances of 123Insight running (i.e. run the application more than once) - in this case, each instance will consume a licence - again because of the second rule.
