123 Insight Limited takes data protection very seriously. All customer data is held within encrypted databases, with user-restricted access. We do not hold personal data about individuals, other than work-related information such as telephone or mobile phone numbers and email addresses etc.
We respect the individuals' request to exercise their ‘right to be forgotten’ and will remove all relevant personal information from our databases within 5 working days of any such request.
In the (very unlikely) event of a data breach, and although not legally obliged to do so, we would report such a breach to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and inform any affected individuals within 5 working days of the breach being discovered.
Data is EVERYTHING to our business, and we believe in being open and clear about what we store, how we store it and our procedures in the event of any issues.
